1. DREAM FRAMES SECURITY TOKEN
Dream Channel is offering a digital security token to investors interesting in owning the series, channel and platform . Dream Frames fractionalises its first digital series and feature film in to film 'frames', turning each one into a digital security, giving investors a clear and transparent pro rata royalty. This model solves film financing .
By distributing the film and series via a Metaverse Channel to the model also solves film monetisatoin and audience engagement.
The digital security is offered from a financial license registered digital securities platform through a legal IM (investment memorandum)
(i) Dream Frames Calculation
Dream Frames is issuing digital securities in line with the total number of film 'frames' in its digital series (25 episodes x 60 mins x 25 frames per second), plus feature film (120 minutes x 25 frames per second) .
To maximise liquidity and allow investment rounds, the total Dream Frames tokens are a 100x multiple of the frames required to be produced for the film
(ii) Budget
The price per frames is calculated as from the total budget required to produce
a) the series, and b) the feature film.
The digitl series will be funded first. The feature film will be the subject of a future share issue (from the allocated shares) at a higher price to fund the feature.
(iii) Ownership Structure
Dream Frames model is to split ownership of films 50/50 with audiences, while giving the projects flexibility by including incentive pools for influencers and A list actors
(iv) Initial Offer
Dream Fraems will be offered as a digital security, sold on a Digital Securities Exchange (Fully financial services regulated exchange) in New Zealand.
(v) NFT Token 'Air Drop'
At the conclusion of each Dream Channel episode >
fragments (or frames) are air dropped to owners as collectibles in the form of a AI DREAMS from the investors pool of AI DREAMS that can be used to claim film NFT's in a 'Frame Rush' format - ie first in best dressed.
Collectibles can be traded on a secondary market.
Collectibles have an embedded smart contact whereby any re-sale of the.frames has a 5% royatlty that flows back to the Dream Channel, a dividend to owners
Ownership of 'core' NFT's gives owners a voting right in the Dream Channel DAO.
