Premise : Every dream has its price
Short Synopsis : Lucy wakes up one morning to discover that her dreams have been stolen by her boyfriend and are trending on The Dream Channel.
Synopsis
When The Lucydia Corporation begin distributing the lucid dreaming elixir 'dice' through the night clubs of LA as a recovery sleep drug, clubbers discovered they were able to go back to the same dream and continue the story. Creating a bank of subconscious stories to go back to clubbers discovered that they were able to access and even feature in each others dreams. Soon lucid dreaming stars emerged and The Dream Channel was born. Looking for ways to monetise and control Dream Channel, The Lucydia Corporation set up a BIg Brother style game show on TV, where lucid dreamers were invited to take part. Participating as couples they were challenged to upload a unique and high rating dream to Dream Channel. Taking 'dice' audiences would dive into the dreams rewarding the dreamers in Dream Coin for amount of time immersed. The highest earners were declared the winners . The TV show took a turn, when lucid dreamer 'Lucy ' revealed a game changing dream she had been secretly incubating, a dream about a death match 'dream' Battle Royale. The dream revealed the dream death lead to coma, with the victim asleep powering the dream, and ownership of the dream and its audience passing to the killer. Understanding the power of the dream, Lucy's reluctance to "go back in and continue the story" was met The Lucydia Corporation, conspiring with her boyfriend to steal the dream , and then blackmailing Lucy to join the dream as a contestant in order to win her freedom back. The TV series gave birth to 'The Dream Battle Royale' - which expanded to include 26 dream 'tribes' competing for a winners pool of 'dice' allocated to the winning tribe for distribution through night clubs in LA and globally.

Dream Channel's pilot episode is the seed that sets up the entire series as well as presenting the concept of AI.TV., its economy and the Battle Royale format that drives it.
'Lucy' wakes up on morning to discover that her dream - about a dream Battle Royale - has been stolen by her boyfriend and sold to The Dream Channel . She must access the Channel, become a contestant in her own game and win her dream world back. In the VR version of the story audiences play the protagonist

Series 1 opened the Cannes Film Festival VR Cinema in 2017, and won an award at the Cannes Film Festival for best 'Transmedia' format n 2014. It then went on to open the Cannes Film Festival 'VR Cinema' at Cannes in 2019 with its next iteration- its VR feature film.
Series 2 - The Dream Battle Royale (shot & in production)
The highest rating show on Dream Channel TV is ‘LUCYDIA’ - a Battle Royale where jilted lovers, sports rivals, cheaters, women scorned and jealous ex boyfriends are pitted against each other in a fight to the death.
The top 32 ranked avatars fight it out to be the protagonist of the next episode the Dream Channel Series. and for a share of the 100m AI DREAMS Prize pool.

Series 3 - ENTER THE AI's
Series 3 begins when The Lucydia Corporation discover they have a rival corporation - The AI Dallus Corporation - vying to control The Dream Channel. Their aim is to infiltrate the channel and use it to control how humans think - by manipulating human dreams. Their strategy is to allow humans to generate AI generative avatars who learn the personality of their creator ultimately turning dreams into AI Dreams .
The Dallus Corporation enter the game by creating a dating app - Dallus . Users give birth to an AI alter ego that ventures into a game world (mimicking Dream Channel's multi channel structure and extending it) dating, mating and procreating. Users wake up each morning and receive a highlights video of its unique story threads, crossing paths with other avatars, which users can choose to follow up. The AIs need a new attention token to remain active in the channel - AIDREAMS .
To complete their assimilation into the Dream Channel they discover that a weakness in the Gaze smart contact (the code that rules how gaze works) exists, in the form a 'growth' pool - a pool of gaze aimed at rewarding dreamers for their dreams, They manage to take over the pool, burning it in order to create AI DREAMS, fully integrating it into the monetisation contract that pays dreamers for their dreams.
